Is it OK to use synthetic oil in my Integra?

I have a 2000 acura integra LS hatchback with 87000 miles on it. Is it ok or even preferred to used use synthetic oil or a blend?Is it OK to use synthetic oil in my Integra?

Synthetic oil is much better than conventional motor oil it has a much longer life than conventional oil you know Mobile 1 full synthetic is GUARENTEED to protect up to 15,000 miles although i run about 8,000 miles beteween oil changes with Valvoline SYN Power..Another big plus is if you didnt know synthetic oil is not made from crude oil pumped out of the earth it is 100% man made.Of course it can cost up to 8.00 a ouart but in the long run it is worth it...
SYNTHETIC IS THE BEST THING YOU CAN PUT IN YOUR ENGINE, AND YOU CAN GO UP TO 7K BETWEEN OIL CHANGES, BUT ID STILL GO ABOUT 5K
no, you are just wasting your money. As long as you change your oil at a normal interval, you should be fine.
