Can I use synthetic oil in my Nissan Versa?

I have a 2007 Versa with about 20,000 miles on it. It's due for an oil change and I was thinking of going with Synthetic Mobil-1. I will be moving to Colorado next month and was thinking it might be better under the cold driving conditions. Thoughts?Can I use synthetic oil in my Nissan Versa?
Unless Nissan has a specific recommendation against using synthetic oil in this vehicle, which seems unlikely, go ahead and use it. Synthetic is much better in colder climates.Can I use synthetic oil in my Nissan Versa?
