Is the synthetic oil for high mileage motorcycles only? Or can it be used for low mileage as well?

If Synthetic oil is used once on a motorcycle, can I next time use the regular oil on it? Or would i have to use synthetic all the time?Is the synthetic oil for high mileage motorcycles only? Or can it be used for low mileage as well?
Yes you can switch back %26amp; forth. Synthetic just gives much better lubercation and protection to the engine than Reg. Oil

ALWAYS change the Filter when changing oil.Is the synthetic oil for high mileage motorcycles only? Or can it be used for low mileage as well?
As song as the engine has been broken in and over 1500 miles you can use anything you want. I recommend synthetic and I'll explain what made me a believer.

When I was a beginner on bikes, synthetic motorcycle oil was new. I didn't make much money then and even though I loved my bike, if I could spend $10 rather than $25 with the same results that's what I was going to do. So a friend and I did a test. With the regular oil we set the idle at 1000RPM (on a bike with no computer and no fuel injection). We drained the oil, replaced it with full synthetic then restarted it...strangely enough the bike from then on idled at 1400 RPM. Since nothing was adjusted we concluded that because the engine internals were being lubricated better, it reduced friction and allowed the engine to spin faster with the same amount of fuel! I know its not rocket science but it made a believer out of me and I never used anything but synthetic since.

Synthetic oil DOES make a difference but if this bike is nothing special to you-it will run just fine on what ever you use. But, since motorcycles use their engine oil to also lubricate their transmission- use motorcycle oil. Car oil will make your clutch slip over time.
Modern synthetic oils will mix with good quality petroleum oils with no problem. However, doing this reduces the benefit of the synthetic. Assuming that the motorcycle is in good condition, changing from one to the other won't do any harm.
I personally don't use it,but my friend swears by it. I understand that you should use a special oil filter designed for synthetic oils and you can't mix and match, but it does last longer between oil changes. Hope this helps!!!!!!!!!
Synthetic is fine for your bike I will say find a brand. Dino or synthetic and stay with it. Changing brands my cause your clutch to slip as all the additive packages may not be the same in the oils.
