You're not supposed to use synthetic in a bike with a dry clutch right.Synthetic Oil in a bike with a dry clutch?
You're not supposed to use any oil with a dry clutch.Synthetic Oil in a bike with a dry clutch?
First, most bikes have a wet clutch, which shares the oil with the engine and transmission. With a wet clutch, any oil is OK as long as it isn't energy conserving. The container will tell if it's energy conserving or not.
If it has a dry clutch then it doesn't matter.A wet clutch is one that is bathed in oil, sometimes engine oil, sometimes gear oil
A dry clutch is just that, dry.
Its best to check with someone who knows your bike(dealer?)
why not, i would think it would be more of an issue with a wet clutch if anything
